How to Protect Yourself and Your Bicycle at the Mountain Bike Riding

As we often say, no matter what we do, safety is always the most important thing we should care about. As a mountain biking enthusiast, cycle helmet rain cover is an indispensable equipment for me. I need it to protect my head from any possible injury I might encounter. And if I have an accident, I expect to replace the helmet, but not my skull. 

In order to attain maximum protection and comfort, the helmet must be the right size, and must be put on correctly. The helmets should be put on with the edge of the helmet approximately 5/8" (15 cm) above our eyebrows. And the helmets should fit comfortably, so that they holds onto our head as we move it forward and backward as well as side-to-side. We’d better avoid wearing the helmets which sit low on the back of our head/neck and exposes our forehead.

Next, let’s talk about how to protect the bike when we ride it. As you know, when we ride a bicycle on the mountain road, the bicycle chain jump up and down, and may wear down the frame terribly. But if we put a mountain bike chain protector on the frame, it will reduce the wear between the chain and the frame a lot.  

Though it seems a small thing, but it's really useful and practical. Usually, it’s made of thick cloth. The magic stick can make it easy for installation. And the material make it convenient for unpicking and washing.

In my opinion, safety is the point we should always concern. And when we ride on the mountain road, we ought to protect ourselves perfectly. Of course, we’d better protect our bicycles for the next riding.
